What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery for all instruments sold. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover mishandling or breakage; however, we can repair such issues for an additional cost.

  • Standard instruments: usually shipped within 15 working days.

  • For repeat customers: we can often ship within 7 working days after payment.

  • Customized products: delivery time depends on order quantity and specifications.

We accept:

  • Wire transfer (100% T/T in advance)

  • Western Union

  • PayPal

  • Credit card

  • All online prices are Ex-works and do not include shipping.

  • Customers may arrange pickup via DHL, TNT, FedEx, etc.

  • We can also arrange shipping with additional cost, calculated at order placement.

  • We are not responsible for customs clearance or tariffs at the destination country.

Unused Products: You may return unused products within 60 days if:

  • The product is in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and resalable
  • The product is under warranty
  • You provide proof of purchase
  • You obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us

Used Malfunctioning Products:

Products can be returned if:

  • They are used within design specifications
  • They are still under warranty (typically 1 year for defects)

Returns Procedure:

  1. Contact us at sales@silverinstruments.com to request an RMA.
  2. Send the item with original packing, RMA, and note for refund/exchange to:

Important:

  • Items must be packed securely.
  • Breaking the meter seal voids the warranty.
  • We will process returns within 14-21 days.
  • Return shipping costs are not covered unless the return is due to our error.

 

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.

  • Funds are returned via the original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds may take 5–7 business days.

  • Orders are typically charged at the time of placement. You may request reversal if the item hasn’t shipped.

  • Special factory-direct orders may require upfront payment.

  • All instruments ship with detailed paper manuals.

  • Instruments are calibrated before shipping; most do not require further setup.

  • Do not modify parameters without guidance.

  • For technical support, email technician@silverinstruments.com. We respond within 2 working days.

  • If debugging is needed, we will provide video assistance.

  • Within warranty, defects are repaired or replaced with shipping costs covered by us.

  • For customer-caused damage, the customer bears all related costs.

  • We collect personal information (name, address, email, etc.) solely to process orders and better serve customers. We do not sell, rent, or share this information except as necessary to fulfill your order. Account login details must be kept confidential. Registration is required to purchase from our site.
